How Lyzerslab collects, uses, and protects the information you share with us across our website, dashboard, and licensed products.

Overview
Lyzerslab ("Lyzerslab," "we," "us," or "our") builds and sells software products for Joomla and WordPress — including MuRu Guard, Lyzers Debug Manager Pro, and related extensions — and provides custom development and support services through the Lyzerslab dashboard at lyzerslab.com. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit our site, create an account, purchase a license, or use our support channels, and how that information is handled.
By using our website or dashboard, you agree to the collection and use of information as described here. If you don't agree with this policy, please don't use our services.
Information We Collect
We collect information in three ways: what you give us directly, what's generated by using our products, and what's collected automatically as you browse.
Account & purchase information
- Name and email address, when you register a dashboard account or contact us.
- Billing details processed by our payment providers (PayPal, Payoneer, or Paddle) — we do not store your card number or PayPal/Payoneer password.
- Order and license history, including which products and price tiers you've purchased.
- Support ticket and customization request content, including any details or site access you choose to share with us to resolve an issue.
Product usage information
- The domain(s) a license key is activated on, and periodic check-in requests from the licensed extension, so we can enforce your license's site limit and deliver updates.
- Scan results and configuration data your Joomla/WordPress site sends to our servers when you actively use a feature that requires it (for example, MuRu Guard's Smart AI Assistant).
Automatically collected information
- IP address, browser type, device information, and pages visited, collected via standard server logs and analytics.
- Login activity (timestamp, approximate location, and IP address) for your dashboard account, used for account security.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information above to:
- Create and manage your dashboard account, and issue, verify, and renew your product licenses.
- Process payments and send order confirmations, invoices, and license keys.
- Provide customer support and respond to customization requests.
- Notify you about new product versions, security advisories affecting your licensed products, and — only if you've opted in — occasional marketing updates.
- Detect fraud, enforce our Terms & Conditions, and keep our website and dashboard secure.
- Improve our products and website based on aggregate usage patterns.
Payment Processing
We don't process card payments ourselves. Depending on the payment method you choose at checkout, your payment is handled by one of the following third parties, each governed by their own privacy policy:
- Paddle.com Market Limited, our Merchant of Record for card checkouts — Paddle collects and processes your payment details directly; we never see or store your full card number.
- PayPal / Payoneer, for manually-verified transfers — you send payment directly through their platforms, and we only receive a transaction reference and the payer details you choose to submit to confirm the order.
Data Retention
We keep account, order, and license records for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward, to meet accounting, tax, and license-support obligations. Support ticket content is retained to help us resolve related issues in the future. You can request deletion of your account at any time, subject to the record-keeping exceptions above.
Data Security
Passwords are stored using industry-standard one-way hashing (bcrypt) — we cannot see your actual password, even internally. Dashboard sessions use signed, HTTP-only authentication tokens, and all traffic to our website and dashboard is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Access to customer data within our team is limited to what's needed to provide support and process orders.
No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security — but we take reasonable, industry-standard measures to protect your information.
Your Rights & Choices
Depending on where you're located, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate information, most of which you can update directly from your dashboard profile.
- Request deletion of your account and associated personal data.
- Opt out of marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link included in every marketing message.
To exercise any of these rights, email us at lyzerlab23@gmail.com. We'll respond within a reasonable timeframe, typically within 30 days.
Children's Privacy
Our products and services are intended for businesses and developers, and are not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we'll remove it.
International Users
Lyzerslab is based in Dhaka, Bangladesh, and our servers may be located in different countries. By using our services, you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in countries with data protection laws that differ from those in your own country.
