A booking inquiry funnel rebuilt around speed
Cut a four-screen booking form to one page, moved every venue page to server-side rendering for real SEO indexing, and replaced full-resolution studio photos with device-sized WebP/AVIF images.

A full commerce platform, built as our own product
Storefront and admin backend on one shared schema — subscriptions, loyalty and multi-vendor as native models instead of a plugin stack, with cookie-based auth and CSRF middleware instead of tokens in localStorage.
