Refund Policy
Our products are digital licenses delivered instantly, so refunds are limited to specific situations rather than offered on request. Here's exactly when a refund applies.

Our Commitment
We stand behind MuRu Guard, Lyzers Debug Manager Pro, and every other product we sell. If something we sold you genuinely doesn't work, our first step is always to fix it — reply to your order's support thread with what you're seeing (a screenshot, an error message, or a short screen recording helps us diagnose it fast) and we'll work with you to resolve it. A refund is what happens when we can't.
Eligible for a Refund
You're eligible for a full refund on a software license purchase if, after we've had a fair chance to help:
- The product is completely non-functional on a supported Joomla/WordPress version and we're unable to fix it or provide a working alternative.
- You reported an issue through a support ticket and received no response within 48 business hours.
- The product's main description was materially misleading about what it does — not a missing "nice to have" feature you assumed was included.
Refund requests must be made within 15 days of purchase and include a support ticket describing the issue — see How to Request a Refund below.
Not Eligible for a Refund
These situations don't qualify
- Change of mind, or an accidental/duplicate purchase you didn't intend to make.
- You declined to grant us the site access or information we reasonably need to diagnose an issue.
- The request is made more than 15 days after purchase without a support ticket filed within that window.
- The license was purchased at a discount, as part of a promotional/free-access campaign, or as a renewal or edition upgrade of an existing license.
- The product works as described, but doesn't fit a use case, hosting environment, or third-party plugin combination we don't advertise support for.
- The license key has already been used to activate a site and the site has meaningfully benefited from the product (e.g. a completed security scan or an issued fix).
How to Request a Refund
Open a support ticket from your dashboard (Support → New Ticket) referencing your order, and describe the issue in detail. We may ask follow-up questions to understand what's happening before approving a refund — this isn't a stalling tactic, it's usually the fastest way to actually fix the problem without needing a refund at all. If we can't resolve it and your case matches one of the eligible situations above, we'll process the refund.
Refund Timeline & Process
Approved refunds are issued within 15 business days of the decision. Depending on your original payment method, it can take your bank or payment provider up to an additional 14 days to reflect the refund in your account or statement. Once a refund is issued, the associated license key is deactivated and any downloaded files become unlicensed — continued use of the product after a refund isn't permitted.
Card Payments via Paddle
For purchases completed by card, Paddle.com Market Limited acts as our Merchant of Record and processes the payment directly. Refunds for these orders are still governed by this policy and approved by Lyzerslab, but the money itself is returned through Paddle to your original payment method. Paddle's own buyer terms may also apply to the transaction itself.
Customization & Support Services
The Joomla Customizations Service and similar custom-development work is billed for time and scope agreed in your request, not as a packaged product — so the eligibility criteria above don't apply in the same way. If work hasn't started yet, we'll refund it in full. Once work has started, we'll refund the unused portion at our discretion, based on what's already been delivered. If you're unhappy with completed work, tell us first — revisions within the agreed scope are always included before a refund is considered.
