Welcome to Lyzerslab. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, dashboard, and any product or service you purchase from us. By creating an account, purchasing a license, or otherwise using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use our services.

You must create a dashboard account to purchase a license or request support. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that happens under your account. You agree to provide accurate registration information and to keep it up to date.

Some accounts require approval before purchasing — this is a standard verification step and not a guarantee of approval. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate an account that provides false information or is used to abuse our systems.

Lyzerslab sells two kinds of things through the dashboard: software licenses (like MuRu Guard and Lyzers Debug Manager Pro) and custom development/support services (like the Joomla Customizations Service).

Software licenses

Purchasing a license grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to install and use the licensed product on the number of sites (or "site limit") stated on your license, for as long as the license is active. We do not sell you the underlying source code or any ownership interest in the product — see Intellectual Property below. A Free-edition license may have reduced functionality compared to a Pro-edition license and is provided as-is at no charge.

Customization & support services

Custom development work is scoped and delivered on a best-effort basis according to what's agreed in your support ticket or customization request. Turnaround times we communicate are estimates, not guarantees, unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.

Prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout and are exclusive of any taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is due in full before a license is issued or before customization work begins, except where we've agreed otherwise. Depending on the product and your location, checkout may be completed via Paddle (card payments, where Paddle acts as Merchant of Record and its own terms also apply), or via a manually-verified PayPal or Payoneer transfer.

Refunds are handled under our separate Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

By using our website, dashboard, or products, you agree not to:

• Use the website or dashboard for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that disrupts or interferes with their normal operation.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our systems, other customers' accounts, or data you're not authorized to access.
• Share, resell, or sublicense a license key beyond the site limit it was purchased for, or circumvent license activation/verification.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or redistribute the source code of a licensed product except where applicable law expressly permits it.
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information when registering, purchasing, or submitting a support request.

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and the source code of our products — is the property of Lyzerslab or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Purchasing a product license does not transfer ownership of that product to you; it grants the usage rights described in Products, Licenses & Services above. See our Copyright Notice for more detail, including how third-party trademarks like Joomla® and WordPress® are used on this site.

Our website may link to third-party websites or rely on third-party services (payment processors, analytics, email delivery) that we don't own or control. We're not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party site or service. You access them at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lyzerslab and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages — including loss of profits, data, or business — arising from your use of our website or products, even if we've been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to a purchased product or service is limited to the amount you paid for that specific product or service.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, misuse our services, or engage in fraudulent activity. You may close your account at any time by contacting us. Termination doesn't entitle you to a refund except as described in our Refund Policy, and license keys tied to a terminated account are deactivated.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our website will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bangladesh.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect as soon as they're posted on this page, and the "Last updated" date above will reflect the most recent revision. Continuing to use our website or services after a change means you accept the revised Terms.
