Where does the button appear?

Inside the SP Page Builder editor, in the page-settings row that holds the page Title field, next to SP Page Builder's own Frontend Editor button. It is administrator-only and never appears on the public site or the front-end editor.

Which AI provider does it use?

Whatever you have configured under SP Page Builder → Editor → Settings → Generative AI. OpenAI Chat Completions (gpt-*) and Google Gemini (gemini-*) are both supported. The plugin never stores its own API key.

Does it overwrite my current page?

In Replace mode, yes — but it saves your previous content to SP Page Builder's Version History first, so a generation is always one click from undo. Append mode does not touch existing content.

What if the model returns something broken?

Every response is validated and repaired before it is saved. If it still is not a usable layout, nothing is written and you get a clear error.

Which models work best?

GPT-4o, GPT-4.1 or Gemini 2.5 Pro. Small models such as gpt-3.5-turbo usually return invalid layouts; the plugin warns when a weak model is configured.

Does my content leave the server?

Only your prompt and the bundled SP Page Builder layout guide are sent, and only to the AI provider you configured. No other page content, files or site data is transmitted anywhere.

Which Joomla and SP Page Builder versions are supported?

Joomla 4, 5 and 6 on PHP 8.1 to 8.4. It requires SP Page Builder 6 with its React editor; the Free and Pro editions both work.

Does the plugin cost anything?

New Lyzerslab accounts get full access free for three months. After the trial it is licensed per site. You separately pay your own AI provider for the tokens each generation uses.

Can I undo a generation?

Yes — open SP Page Builder's Version History and restore the “Before AI generation” snapshot the plugin created.

Does the Dynamic Content set flow create menu items?

No. SP Page Builder's own new-page flow does not either. After it runs, add a menu item (SP Page Builder → Dynamic Content) pointing at the collection so the pages open on the site.
