Overview

MuRu AI for SP Page Builder is a Joomla system plugin (plg_system_muruai) that adds one button — Generate AI Page — to the SP Page Builder 6 editor, next to SP Page Builder's own Frontend Editor button.

You describe the page you want in plain language, and it hands SP Page Builder a complete, already-editable layout — sections, columns and the right content blocks — on the page you are editing. Every SP Page Builder page normally starts as an empty canvas; this closes the gap between “I need a landing page” and a first draft you can refine with SP Page Builder's normal tools.

It does not add a new AI subscription or key to manage: it calls whichever model (OpenAI or Google Gemini) is already configured under SP Page Builder's own Editor → Settings → Generative AI screen. Everything runs inside the Joomla administrator — nothing is added to your public site.
