Picker that remembers

One channel editor shows at a time via the selector — and the selection is now a saved preference instead of resetting on every reload. It also posts its value with the form, fixing saves that silently lost the selection. Hidden editors keep their inputs in the DOM, so saving still submits every channel, and each channel keeps its own enable switch plus Test button.
