Show only new findings

What it does

On large sites the 2nd..Nth scan re-shows hundreds of known rows. The 🆕 New only toggle (Pro) on the Suspicious Files and Cleanable Files tabs narrows both lists to findings whose paths appeared since the previous scan -- manual, chunked, or scheduled.

Notes

• The toggle is server-side: counts, pagination, select-all, and bulk actions all follow what is rendered.
• It uses the same baseline store as the scheduled email alerts, so the toggle and the alert emails can never disagree.
• A file whose content changed under an unchanged path is not "new" here -- same rule as the alert pipeline.
