Quarantine vs Delete

Delete is permanent and stays available for the cases you are sure about. Quarantine (Pro) moves flagged files/folders to a holding area instead: every stored file is renamed so the web server can never execute it, and you can bring it back later.

How to use it

1. On the Suspicious Files tab, tick findings and press 📦 Quarantine Selected (next to Delete).
2. Open the Quarantine results section to review what is held.
3. Per item: Restore returns it to its original location (refused if something already occupies that path), Delete forever removes the stored bytes for good.

Safety notes

• Quarantine uses the same path guards and TimeMachine snapshots as Delete, so a mistaken quarantine is reviewable and reversible.
• Quarantined payloads are skipped by future scans, integrity baselines, and the AI assistant -- they can never be re-flagged from inside quarantine.
