Template and EasyStore Updates

MuRu Product Add-Ons is built so that template and EasyStore updates do not remove it.

Why updates do not remove it

• No template overrides, and no edits to EasyStore's files.
• Its own plugin, media folder, tables and settings.
• Prices are EasyStore cart lines, so EasyStore's own checkout and payment handle them.

What it writes in EasyStore's data

• The hidden, unpublished add-on products.
• Add-on lines in a visitor's own cart.
• The choices, added to the order's own copy of each line.

If EasyStore changes its product page

The fields hide themselves, and a product with required add-ons is refused with a message, so nothing is sold without its choices. Check one product with add-ons, the cart and checkout after each EasyStore update.
