A button under the article editor lints the current text (TinyMCE, JCE or a plain textarea) for missing alt text, heading jumps and empty or ambiguous links. It never changes your content.

Warnings on save

Saving an article with those problems shows a warning. In Free this never blocks a save and never breaks one: any internal error is swallowed.

Rescan this page

After saving, the article toolbar offers a single-page rescan so you can confirm the fix without crawling the site.

Pro: block on save and automatic rescans

• Block saves: Global Configuration, Pro options. Choose a minimum severity and optional check prefixes. Administrator editing only; the front end is never affected.
• Scan on publish: saved articles are queued and rescanned after 15 quiet minutes by the scheduler task.
