Scan profiles

The profile (Settings) selects which standard your findings are reported against:

• WCAG 2.2 A — level A only.
• WCAG 2.2 AA — level A and AA (the default, and what most legislation references).
• EN 301 549 — the EU harmonised standard mapping. Pro
• Section 508 — the US federal mapping. Pro

The accessibility checks that run are the same set; the profile changes how findings are labelled and which criteria are in scope for the score, so the report lines up with the standard a regulator or procurement office will cite.
