What MuRu Compliance Auditor is

MuRu Compliance Auditor is a Joomla administrator component. It crawls your own site, checks each page against WCAG 2.2 level A and AA (mapped to EN 301 549), tracks your conformance score across scans, and generates the Accessibility Statement the European Accessibility Act and public-sector procurement ask for.

It runs entirely inside the Joomla administrator, behind Joomla’s own authentication and ACL. Scanning happens on your server against your own site — page content, findings, file paths and URLs are never sent anywhere.

It is not an accessibility overlay

Overlays inject a widget that tries to patch problems at runtime; they are rejected by courts and regulators. This extension does the opposite: it locates real issues in your content and templates and tells your editors how to fix each one at the source, before publish.
