Publish the MuRu Accessibility Feedback module to give visitors a way to report a barrier. EU statements must offer one.

Reports are emailed to the site owner. The form uses a token, a honeypot field and a rate limit, and returns to the same site only.
Pro
Reports are also stored in an inbox (Feedback tab) with new, read and replied status, response-time tracking and action-log entries.
