Installation

Requirements

• Joomla 4.0 or later (through 6.x).
• PHP 8.1 to 8.4 with dom, libxml, mbstring and json. The PHP zip extension is needed for the Pro readiness pack.
• MySQL or MariaDB (Joomla's configured database).

Install

1. Download pkg_muruaudit (Free from the product page, Pro from your Lyzerslab dashboard).
2. In Joomla go to System, Install, Extensions and upload the zip.
3. Open Components, MuRu Compliance Auditor.

One package installs the component, the system plugin (editor checks), the quick-icon plugin, the accessibility feedback module and, on Pro, the scheduler task.

Upgrading

Install the new package over the old one, or use System, Update. Version 2.0.0 adds database tables; Joomla runs the update SQL automatically.

On a staging site, scan before and after upgrading. Use Compare scans to confirm nothing regressed.
