Understanding Findings

Score & WCAG 2.2 mapping

Every finding is tied to a specific WCAG 2.2 success criterion at level A or AA, mapped through to EN 301 549 for EU contexts.

Two ways to read the results

  • By success criterion — which rules fail and how widely. Good for planning template-level fixes.
  • By page — which pages are worst. Good for prioritising high-traffic or legally sensitive pages.

The score

The conformance score rolls the findings into a single number so you can see the direction of travel across scans. It is an internal progress metric, not a legal certification — the HTML report and the Accessibility Statement are what you present externally.

Conformance status

The Accessibility Statement derives its status from your latest completed scan: fully conformant when no findings are open, partially conformant otherwise, with the non-accessible list grouped from the open findings and their standard mappings.
