SP Page Builder Addons (Pro)

Addons & SP Page Builder Updates

Edition: Pro. Requires an active Pro license. Without one this feature shows a Pro banner and cannot be used.

Why they survive updates

The addons are installed as their own Joomla plugin, SP Page Builder - JHFB Header Footer Addons, which is the place SP Page Builder reads third-party addons from. An SP Page Builder update replaces SP Page Builder's own files and leaves that plugin, and every header built with the addons, alone.

If the addons are missing from the editor

  1. Open System > Manage > Plugins and check that SP Page Builder - JHFB Header Footer Addons is enabled. SP Page Builder only lists addons of enabled plugins.
  2. Make sure the Pro package is installed. The addons come with it.
  3. Reload the page builder.

If the addons are listed with a PRO badge and only show a banner, they are installed but your Pro license is not active. See Activating Your License.
