How to uninstall

Open System > Manage > Extensions, filter by Package and uninstall Joomla Header Footer Builder - Pro (if installed) and then Joomla Header Footer Builder - Free. Uninstalling in either order works.

What is kept

• Your headers and footers are kept in the extension's database table on purpose, so reinstalling restores them.
• Your designs stay in SP Page Builder as ordinary pages. Delete the pages named JHFB Header: ... and JHFB Footer: ... in SP Page Builder if you no longer need them.

Once the extension is removed, your theme's own header and footer show exactly as before.
